Spiritual talks and sessions lead to a positive and supportive learning environment. Keeping this in mind, a Spiritual Talk was organised in Darshan Academy, Pratap Gate, Kaithal, for the teachers on November 2, 2023, on the school premises. The resource person, Mrs. Sunita Arora, enlightened the teachers by telling them about protecting mental health through meditation. The session started after the lamp-lighting ceremony, followed by meditation. She told how to detox the mind from toxins like fear, jealousy, ego and greed. She also explained the long-lasting effects of meditation. The session was enlightening for everyone as they learnt a lot from it. The principal, Mr. M.K. Pandey, thanked the resource person for giving her precious time and motivating the teachers.
