Mass Meditation

A Mass Meditation Programme was organized on November 29, 2025 for school staff, LMC members and guests. The environment was peaceful and filled with positive energy. Meditation proved highly beneficial, helping participants reduce stress, improve concentration, enhance emotional balance, and develop inner calmness and self-discipline. The session strengthened team unity and motivated everyone to adopt meditation as a daily practice. Overall, the programme was uplifting and spiritually enriching.
